prophets.

newly installed icons of the Archangels Michael and Gabriel
appear next to the Mother of God (Platytera). On the sanctuary
side walls can be seen the two part Annunciation icon: Archangel
Gabriel on the left and the Theotokos on the right.

A fuller view of the iconostasion. Wall sections next to Archangel Gabriel
and the Theotokos will be filled with the icons of the 12 Apostles in a Vineyard
format, (I am the vine, ye are the branches.) six on each side.

Close-up photo from within the sanctuary. Embellishments will be placed next to
the two Archangels. Eventually, below the Theotokos, the Icon of the Communion
of the Holy Apostles will be installed.
